The Missionary Diocese of St. Francis is an extra territorial ministerial body rooted in the Independent Anglican Church - Canada Synod (1934). Regardless of geographical location our jurisdiction is open to, and is willing, to provide clergy and lay people from around the world Episcopal oversight.
